Lake Quinsigamond - Shrewsbury and Worcester

    My son, DJ, and I put our kayak in at the boat ramp at Flint Pond, just south of Route
    20. Quinsigamond connects to Flint at two different places as can be seen on the
    map and on the Google Earth view. You cans see our track on both views. We
    paddled under the western bridge, up and under the Route 9 bridge, and back to
    Flint Pond by way of the Route 9 bridge to the east. Another day we'll try to get there
    when we have more time, and go as far as the Route 290 bridge.

    The pictures below were taken on June 19, 2013. We again put in at the boat launch
    at Flint Pond. This time we went beyond the 290 bridge to just past the bridge at
    Main Street, Shrewsbury.
